Make the most of your time on the coast
There’s a rhythm to life on the water — early mornings setting traps, slow journeys through quiet inlets, the sudden thrill of a line pulling tight. These optional experiences invite you deeper into that rhythm. Out here, it’s not unusual to see a humpback break the surface or eagles circling overhead as you troll for salmon or explore the shoreline. Whether you’re drifting through still waters or returning with a full cooler, these are the kinds of days that linger long after they end.
Fishing Charters
Saltwater fishing in calm, protected waters — no experience required.
We fish the channels and coves of the Northern Discovery Islands, where the waters are remarkably calm and seasickness is rarely a concern. Our guides target wild Pacific salmon — most often Chinook, but depending on the season, you may also hook into Coho or Spring. You’ll also have the chance to jig for lingcod along the rocky seabed. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or trying it for the first time, each trip is tailored to your pace and experience level.

Coastal Safaris
Wildlife encounters, tidal rapids, and a closer look at the coast.
These tours are flexible in focus, and depending on the season, you might spot black bears or grizzlies while exploring the shorelines. As we cruise through inlets, keep an eye out for humpback whales or orcas travelling through. Pacific white-sided dolphins, Dall’s porpoises, bald eagles, sea lions, and seals are also frequent visitors to these waters. These coastal safaris offer a dynamic, immersive way to experience the raw beauty and biodiversity of the region.
Intro to the Inlets | 2 hours | $400 per vessel
Coastal Explorer | 4 hours | $800 per vessel
Tide to Table
8 hours | $1480 per vessel
This full-day experience blends the thrill of fishing with the wonder of coastal exploration — and ends with a feast from the sea.
Your day begins by dropping prawn or crab traps in nearby waters before heading out to fish. Depending on the season, we’ll troll for salmon — often chinook, coho, or spring — or jig for lingcod in the surrounding channels. As we cruise through the inlets en route to our fishing grounds, keep an eye out for humpback whales, orcas, sea lions, bald eagles, and even black bears or grizzlies along the shorelines. These calm, protected waters offer a remarkably smooth and stable ride — a rare luxury on the West Coast.
Once your lines are pulled, we’ll loop back to check the traps and haul in the day’s catch before returning to the lodge. Back on land, we’ll clean and process your bounty, setting you up to cook a fresh, local meal — true tide-to-table dining.
It’s the ultimate West Coast experience: immersive, wild, and delicious from start to finish.
